Working Together

Starting therapy can be rife with uncertaintly.

It also can be a first step toward discovering how to live a meaningful life, especially after a painful life change or transition.

Therapy presents an opportunity to explore the emotional impact on you of these transitions, gain deeper psychological insight into how we relate to ourselves, others and how we view our future in the world. Together, we may discover how depression or anxiety have shaped our outlook on life and relationships, and find helpful ways to manage when life becomes difficult.

Psychotherapy is a deeply personal process, where I will be joining in alongside your life journey for a short while or a slightly longer time, depending on the duration of your difficutlies and offer you regular, non-judgemental, confidential space to explore your internal spaces. You would be supported to process your pain, grief and mental suffering in a safe space and enrich your life.

This is for you, whether you have tried therapy before, or are trying talking therapy for the first time.

Assessment session fee: £100.00 for up to 60 minute session. Where necessery, I may invite you for a follow-up assessment.
